I created a flow a couple of months ago that monitored my Office365 e-mail account for a certain key word in the subject line, make a REST API call, and return an e-mail with a status code. One day all of my Flows were gone; however, the Flow is still running. I'd like to either be able to edit or delete the "ghost" Flow.

One possibility is that the Flow lives in a different environment. Could you switch environments and see if any of the others have your Flow? You can do this by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of the Flow website.
Assuming you still don't find it in any other environments, could you provide me with your session id? You can get this by clicking ctrl+alt+a on the homepage, and finding the session id. It will look something like:

I can then take a closer look.
