Staff at the environment where I work have requested an automation to their 'all staff' email distribution group.
They want a process put in place where an approval is put in place before their email can be 'released' to all staff.
Is there an easy way of doing this, as I cannot see that this is possible at the moment?

You need to have a place to store the request for approval, then update the approval received. This could be an Excel file, a SharePoint list, a ToDo list, a database, ... whatever you have access to. Use 2 flows to populate and monitor the approval process.
