My version of Power Automate is missing the options on the left panel to create a new flow. I want to create an Instant Cloud Flow and there is no option for it. I want to populate a word template based source data from list in an Excel file. There is no flow option to Populate Word Template. I just updated the Power Automate app so I believe it is the most recent version.
If you just "updated" the Power Automate app, I suspect you are using Power Automate Desktop instead of referring to cloud flows. I don't use Power Automate Desktop, so I cannot answer your question.
Switch to the environment where you want to create the flow.
Click + Create from the side-panel menu
Choose your trigger (I am guessing you'll want Automated or Instant):
Once the workflow designer opens, click the + button to add an action and add the Excel action needed to get the data:
Then add the Populate a Microsoft Word template action (it is a premium action):
If cannot find the action, use the search feature:
Again, if you're asking about Power Automate Desktop, someone else will need to provide an answer.
