Updating a Sharepoint List from an Excel Sheet

Greetings,

 

I have a situation where an excel file feeds a SharePoint list. I have figured out how to get the list to update or create new items based on the excel sheet. Essentially I am trying to get the two to mirror themselves. I cannot figure out how to REMOVE items when they are no longer present in the excel file though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    HOWEVER, the process by which to build the flow is hard to follow.
