    Hi @VictorIvanidze,

In the Mailbox Address field, please just input the email address of your shared mailbox.

About how to create a shared mailbox and add members, please check the following doc for a reference:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/email/create-a-shared-mailbox?view=o365-worldwide

I have made the following test for your reference:

Please let me know if you need more help.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Dear Mabel,

It seems you misunderstood my question.

    I'll try to rephrase:

using your example, which variable should I use to insert the email address of the shared mailbox to the text of a notification message?

    Thanks,

    Victor

    Hi @VictorIvanidze,

    Thanks for updating.

Do you want to get the shared mailbox from the trigger and use it in the following actions?

Please just use the dynamic content To from the trigger, which will return the email address you’ve entered in the Mailbox address field.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi Mabel,

try to send a message to a shared mailbox as BCC. What do you see in To: field? I see null.

So my question remains the same: how can I get UPN (Mailbox address field content) of the shared mailbox?

It seems the problem is now solved in "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" trigger.

After BCCing a message to a shared mailbox the trigger "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" provides you the shared mailbox' email address in the "toRecipients" variable.

    It might help someone.

    Regards,

    Victor.
