approval button redirect to flow.Microsoft

Hi,

I have a problem with my approval email. Some users they are redirected to flow.Microsoft .com when they click on apprval button.
I have this error only with outlook.

Why this error?

Hi @SQUINTEIRO,

When a request email arrives, you would recieve the request email on the outllok online as below:

If you make a response by click the Approve or Reject as screenshot above, you would make a response from the email and not need to be directed to approval center in flow.Microsoft .com.

However, if you click the Shown original message, you would see the email as screenshot below:

if you click the Approve or Reject, you would be directed to the approval center in flow.Microsoft .com.

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

Hi,

Thanks you for your answer. But my staff use only the outlok software. When i use outlook online i have the same message as the outlok software but my colleague have a different message.... I don't understand 😕

Approval action email displaying in original message format by default when email receives. Approvers lost the option to approve from email itself. Earlier it is working fine but from last one week I am seeing this behaviour. What might be the reason for this issue? Is there any changes in the approval action recently or is this something with outlook I have to fix?

I had the same problem with my Approval Flows, for some users it was behaving differently (Opening in browser to approve from Flow webpage). The issue is with outlook build version we found out that all the outlook versions below Build 16.0.9126 were routing to webpage. After updating to 16.0.9126 or above that fixed the issue.
