How to attach files from Group Form as Planner Task attachment

I have a created a Group Form to collect information from our users. This data may or may not include uploaded files.
I was able to use JSON to gather the file path and create an array. My array appears to be working as I was able to use the array to attach the files to an email.

However, when I attempt to attach the files to a Planner Task I get some failures. I attempted with the expression below, but the PA fails if there are no attachments or an incorrect number of attachments.

    Hi

    I guess you clicked on the icon on the right of the action card to enter the array, right?

    This action block is working fine for me, when switching into 'Array input' mode, the structure of the array itself is shown:

    Flow_PlannerAttachments_2.png

    So you actually need to create one object per attachment, with two properties: alias (with the label you want to show on the Planner card) and resourceLink (the URL).

    Hope this helps

    Thanks! This is very close to what I have going one... When I use the last expression, it only gives me one file. And if there are no files submitted, it breaks the automation.

    I see that you have a conditional control before you update the task details. Is that where I'm going wrong?

    @VGearhart

    You are right, I only execute 'Update task details' if I am sure there is at least one file to add to the Planner task.

    If I were you I would evaluate the length of the array once it's built, if it is 0, then skip this action block and continue processing.

    Hope this helps

    Can you show me the expressions your using for the alias and resource link? I can only get it to return one file.

    Hi,

    Could you share the JSON which was able to gather the file path and create an array?

    Thanks
