Automatic Email Notification for Teams Excel File

Hi, 

I have been trying to create a simple flow, which would work between Teams Excel file, and Outlook. 
The idea is simple:
as soon, as specific cell in a specific column is edited in Excel file, some people will receive an email regarding this. 

Sadly, I am not sure how to define conditions in Microsoft Flows.  

I bet I would need to use, a flow like below: 

  1. After creation/ modification of file 
  2. Condition with described column, cells, which triggers email creation if edited
  3. Send an email

The question is: 
how should I setup conditions in second point of the flow? 
What type of commands shall I use?

    Hi @HaveANiceDayMan ,

    I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

    The flow can't monitor the change of  a specific cell in a specific column in a file.
