Hi i have created cascading drop down in power apps and cascading dropdown have almost 167 values , i am unable to scroll this values and unable to write in dropdown as well to populate the value
I advise you replace the dropdown with Comboboxes, this has searching capacity.

Yes, I also agree with @eka24 .
Please change to use Combo box control, which supports search if you set the IsSearchable property of combo box to true.
