Link a Sharepoint Database to a Microsoft Form, to a Shared

Basically what i want to do is link data from a SharePoint DB to a Microsoft form and then add in some additional options update the database and create a repeating calendar event and sent to the attached parties.

Flow is linked to the DB, the client enters in their email address, this triggers a lookup of the database and populates the missing fields and or options.

Once the client has completed the form it updates the database and creates a repeating event from the additional data that was requested.

    Hi @WebTechPlus, just 1 point here: auto-populating data in a form is not possible. The client will enter their email address in the first question but the rest of the form can't pause while data is fetched from SharePoint. The form has to be completed and submitted before the flow triggers to get the response and add it to SharePoint together with data from other lists.  So before I or someone else shows you what you can do you might need to re-think it slightly.

    @WebTechPlus

    I agree with the comments made by @RobElliott but would like to add that you can likely create a solution using Power Apps rather than Forms that meets your requirements.

    Scott and Rob,

    Thanks for your feedback, i had already started last night looking into the PowerApps.

    I will continue down that path and see how we go but i should be able to get something together, and a solution in place hopefully.

    Thanks for your assistance and getting back to me so quickly.

    Hi Everyone!

    I am new to all these Microsoft suites apps and really looking into learning more about how I can best utilized these apps for our processes.

    I would like to follow up on the comment @RobElliott  made! I just look up what PowerApps is and want to make sure I'm understanding it correctly.

    I have an vba coded excel form which will pull data from database when people enter the ID #.(it's kind of like when you enter ID and all other info will be auto-filled in) Can I do the same thing with PowerApps? I see that I can pull data into PowerApps but can I set it up to look up matched information based on the input?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jessie
