Save an open PDF file

Good morning guys,

I have a problem within my power automate desktop flow.

Within the flow, a PDF file getting opened. I now want to save this PDF file.

When I want to save an open PDF file outside of the flow, I can just press Ctrl & Shift & S on the keyboard to open the save as window.

Therefore, I tried using "send keys" and put in Ctrl & Shift & S on my PAD Flow.

Unfortunately, it seems that the flow does not only press these keys but also the enter button. The save as window opens but gets closed within a millisecond. The problem is that I want to put in the right path and document name before pressing enter to save the document.

Does anybody know how to press Ctrl & Shift & S in the flow but without pressing enter immediately?

Or does anybody have another solution for saving as with PDF files?

thank you so much and best regards,

Jakob

It shouldn't press Enter if you haven't put {Return} in the send keys.
    Does it look like this?

What PDF reader are you using? At least in Adobe acrobat it seems like that Shift Control S works. In Chrome Ctrl + S works.
Since it opens automatically can you check if the file is in the C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Temp? If so maybe you could open it there with different PDF reader.

    thank you for your help.
I use PDF X-Change Editor and it must work with this program. Backround is that this desktop flow will be created for several different employees who all use PDF X-Change Editor as their default PDF program.

The strange thing is that if I manually press Shift Control S, it works perfectly. If the flow does the same it automatically presses enter and I don't know why.
I found a temporary "solution" with the following command:

but I would rather have a better solution.
