Redmine trigger doesn't work

The trigger that is supposed to activate when a Redmine issue is updated does not work when updating older tickets.

Specifically, it seems that the trigger does not activate for tickets that were created more than 42 days ago.

Is this a specification?

    Unfortunately, the connector is not a Microsoft connector and the documentation doesn't say
     
    I would suggest reaching out to Redmine directly for support.
     
    So the answer is no, there is no documented (not implemented by microsoft) limitation of this 42 days, so I would ask for support.
     
    I know its the answer to your question, but youd have to ask them to get them to tell you the reasoning.
