Cannot get your machine information

PAD will not register my machine so I'm unable to run a PAD flow from the cloud.  PLEASE HELP!!!

    It's on a corporate laptop that's running Windows 10 Enterprise.

    Hi @Freemonit ,

     

    In PAD you can able to see, go premium option, click on that and extend trail it will works.

    I have the same problem and I do have paid subscription (40$/month attended RPA) but the Go Premium is still there. So I'm unable to work through this.
