Hi,
Creating flow to read emails using AI Models and then to take further actions. I want to reply to the same email message, which is received, instead of sending a new email and there will be subsequent replied on the receipt of the specific email trails. How to achieve this please. Below the detailed steps.
1. Person A Sent email to a shared mailbox, asking for information about a Ticket.
2. The Ticket number is incorrect so Power Automate will send reply (to the same email) to him asking for the correct ticket number.
3. Person A will reply with the correct ticket number (reply will be to the same email, sent through Power Automate).
4. Power Automate found the ticket and status sent over email (by replying to the same email.).
5. Person A sent thanks message to the shared mailbox. (Power Automate sends reply) with thanking on the feedback.
So as can be seen from the above scenario, there would be five emails, but I don't want a new email every time and it should looks like from the same email.
