Flow not triggering on Status Reason Change

I have configured the following flow. I wanted it to trigger whenever the Status Reason of a record is changed. So I added

'statusreason' in the Select Columns parameter. Then the flow stopped triggering. When I remove the select column parameter it gets triggered again. But I only want it to trigger on status reason update.

Can you re-confirm that your 'Status Reason' of your test record is changed while testing?

as you've used 'statusreason' in the Select Columns parameter, the flow gets triggered ONLY if you change the 'statusreason' @ShaheerAhmad

I'm not sure how Power Automate treats tables of type "Activity" which the Tasks table has is treated internally, but it would explain the issue as the documentation states that the "Select columns" option doesn't work with virtual tables.

I just found this and it seems it is currently not possible to trigger based on fields of type choice which the statuscode is.
