Problem with text formation

I wrote the following text into a 'create approval' connector (details):

when I save the hole flow. It looks like this:

also got the same problem with the "update task" connector for Teams Planner.

How can I make sure that the text keeps the line breaks in place?

    Hi @Marten_ZF ,

To preserve line breaks in text sent through the 'Create Approval' connector in Power Automate, you should replace the standard line breaks '\n' in your text with HTML break tags '<br>'. This is necessary because the 'Create Approval' connector interprets the text as HTML.

Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks,

    Sandeep Mishra

    Hi @sandeepstw,

thanks for your reply. How do I manage that? Just writing '<br>' seems not to solve the problem:

Basically I am trying to add line break to the text i wrote in the textfield "Details". When I save those Connectors, the line breaks will disapear. Please compare the first and second Screenshot of the main post closly. In the first screenshot I add text and two linebreaks. After saving it it looks like in screenshot two.

    thanks for your help
