Catch 22 email with options send from another account.

I have a workflow working perfectly.

The only issue is that it has an email with options action which is coming directly from my account and I know there is no way to change this to a different email.

I cannot use standard approval actions because not everyone has a flow account in our organization.

Is there a hack for workaround to create a standard email with links that can be picked up in terms of what choice was selected?

I'm desperate to figure this out .

    Hi @aehrenwo,

Could you provide more details about the Flow you want to create?

According to your description, I couldn't fully understand your intention to create this flow.

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best Regards,

    Barry

Please see attached screenshots of the flow.

This is currently working as expected by using the send email with options action and then triggers the correct actions downstream if "Approve" or "Reject" is selected in the email.

However, the approval email is coming from me and not the flow box (the way it does for normal approval action).

I can't use the standard approval because that appears to require that each approver has a Flow account.  I could be mistaken but I tested it with 2 people and they could not approve without an account.

I want to send an email with options that trigger more actions but I want it to come from a different email box. Unfortunately, in our organization, we are not able to have an admin account get FLOW access.

    Any suggestions workarounds?
