Power Automate AI Builder Pricing Plan?

Hi all,

What is the pricing if I want to use Power Automate AI Builder? When I go in there to play around, it says I need a "Per User" plan. The pricing shows that at $15/month.

I signed up, but it still says I don't have access.

Anyone know?

AI builder is an add-on for either Power Apps or Power Automate licensing. You need license for either Power Apps or Power Automate. It sounds like you have a per user license for Power Automate. But since its an add-on there is also a cost for AI builder, which is based on usage. The base license for AI builder is $500 per month. Thanks so much! So to even be able to use AI Builder, I would need the $500/mo plan? Once I get that, I should be able to play around with Power Automate AI Builder? Cheers

This is a different issue. You can't create additional environments using a Trial subscription. You often can't do that even if you have just an Office 365 license due to capacity limits. But you should be able to use the AI builder trial in the default environment.

This is an older question, but for the benefit of others, the $15/mo per user plan does not include AI builder access on its own. However, the $40/mo per user plan does include 5000 AI Builder credits per month. Other than that, it is a separate $500 per month add on cost that includes 1 million AI Builder credits per month. It should be noted, also, that AI Builder credits are aggregated at the tenant level. As I understand it, that means that even the 5000/month credits from the $40 plan are aggregated with all the users at that cost at the tenant level. So, 10 users at $40/month means 50,000 AI Builder credits at the tenant level to be shared across all flows in the tenant.
