After upgrading to PAD2.31, virtual desktop operations, stopped working.

After upgrading to PAD2.31, virtual desktop operations, stopped working.

 

The following validation and results were obtained.

What could be the cause?

 

[Environment]

Execution terminal:

Windows 10 21H2

RPA: 2.31.105.23101

Virtual terminal:

Agent for virtual desktops: 2.25.188.22293

 

[After upgrading to PAD2.31]

・Action to click UI elements of virtual desktop fails

・Testing UI elements (selector) (new feature added in 2.31) succeeds

・After testing UI elements (selector), the action to click UI elements of virtual desktop succeeds

・Restarting virtual desktop, action to click UI elements of virtual desktop fails

    @y_k_ Microsoft says it will be resolved in the May release - ref: Power Automate Desktop RDP agent synchronization issue

    Hello,

    After update to V2.33, the issue reoccurred.

    The problem has resurfaced even though it was resolved once in V2.32. Do you know of any solution?
