Hi there,

Can someone please help on below.

After the workflow approved, I would like to send out an email notification & cc a group of people (3 pax) if the responders pick choice #1,#2 & #3 for a question in the Microsoft Form that i route for approval; and not cc the same group of people if the responders pick choice #4.

There is already a filter array set up to assign the email to the respective admin in charge of the responders(sales).

Thank you.

    Hi @carolynyau ,

Based on the description given it seems you already have a condition in the flow that should be taking care of the described functionality. Can you please share where it is you are getting stuck?

    Hi @BCBuizer ,

I am not sure how i could set the condition.

One of the questions that the Sales will need to answer is as below:

Q: How do you want the product to be displayed?

    Choice 1: Without Standee

    Choice 2: With Standee

    Choice 3: With Sample Board

Choice 4: Standee + Sample Board

If Choice 1 is pick, then in the email notification, there is no need to cc the installers.

if Choice 2, 3 or 4 is pick, then need to cc the installers in the email.

All the above is if the form is approved.

If it is rejected. then will just email to the sender on the rejection without cc anyone.

How could i set the condition to the flow?

    Thank you.

    Hi @carolynyau ,

The condition would look something like this:

Just the left argument of the condition should reference the response to the "How do you want the product to be displayed?" question.
