Flow co-owner - how to set it up?

Hello,

I am an owner of a flow that is available to 10 run-only users. As an owner, I have possibility to run the flow with my credentials and troubleshoot the errors for other users.

How can I set-up a co-owner of that flow? When I add another name to the list of owners, that person can see overall flow & all historical runs, but in case he/she needs to launch the flow, the floe uses my connections (email, etc). How to set it up to make sure flow takes his/hers connections as for the run-only users?

Thanks for help!

    @kmtom You have shared flow but connection used in flow actions are still using your credentials. Please Authenticate connection by your co-owner credentials.

    @Hardesh15 Thanks for the suggestion! Does this mean I need to add my co-owners credentials to each of the action in the flow (probably 300+) or is there another simpler way to add my co-owners credentials to all the actions in bulk?

    @kmtom

    Case-1: if your credentials are valid then your co-owner must re authenticate each connection.

    Case-2: if your account is inactive then your co-owner need to re authenticate any one connection and flow will take care rest of connection in a flow. Some times your co-owner may need to authenticate more than one actions.

    unfortunately you need to do one by one.

    @Hardesh15 Thanks for your help! This sounds like a total nightmare... I was wondering if I add the person as owner and leave him/her also on a list of run-only users, would that be a way out? Or it won't work at all?

    @kmtom if you add them as run only users then they can run your flow but Emails etc will be triggered from your account because connection is authenticated by you.

    Can Flows be shared same way as Outlook Rules or Excel Formulas that Runner is not tied to Builder? A reason is what happens when Builder leave the company?

    How to build a Send Excel as Attachment Flow as delegate (without using her Flow Account) to encourage non-coder transition from Outlook Rules ?
