Hi,
I have some flows triggering off an Outlook email whenever a new email arrives with attachment and filtered for subject filters. There are several flows set up this way that have been running and triggering fine daily for a couple of years now.
But suddenly since yesterday these flows stopped triggering, I have not edited anything in the flows or the incoming emails.
There is no errors showing, there are other flows still working so that rules out licencing or connection issues. So a bit stumped.
I did add more rules to the Inbox recently but that shouldn't have affected the flows in theory because the emails that need to be triggered are still coming into the inbox as always.
Wonder if anyone has any ideas?
Can confirm this worked, didn't even need to duplicate, all we had to do was Edit the Flows and save again and the Outlook flows started working again.
I did a "Save As" & Turned on the flows; disabled the old ones. They work without any changes...
Same here, flow hasn't been edited in 8 months all of a sudden stopped working on Saturday, the last run was Friday, 7/30. I saw another user mention a change to the subject filter maybe. The flow of ours that is not working is looking for a string that exists within a larger string. Others that are working have the whole uninterrupted string in the subject filter. Might be something there?
I am facing the same issue. Looks like something changed over the weekend.
Hi @AgTech ,
Please try:
1\ Duplicate this flow to generate a new one and see if it could work;
2\ Create a new Outlook connection and use it in the flow;
3\ Remove the trigger and add a new one;
Hope this helps.
