Can I clarify your request please?
Is it an HTML file you want saving from the body of the email or is it the actual email you want to save?
I had created an HTML option saving to the file system, it requires the on premises data gateway setting up but once you have that, you can do the below:
Regards the format if it were to be the email you want to save to either the file system or I'd say preferably in the cloud at say SharePoint or OneDrive.
This would be achieved with an .eml file, that is the message format when saved.
For a shared mailbox, you would just use the "When an email arrives in a shared mailbox" action.
Here is a working example of saving the email to a cloud location.
