Does Flows work for Ms Forms with conditional logics? If so, will information be transferred to a SharePoint list, does it work the same as a simple Msform?

Do you mean "Branching" as "MS Forms with conditional logics"? If so, this works. If you have a question in MS Forms, that is not filled out, because of branching, it will just be empty in the dynamic value in your flow.
You can transfer the information to a SharePoint List. A SharePoint List Form has more options to edit your form than MS Forms, so you could use JSON Formatting or Power Apps. Of course it all depends on what you actual goal is within SharePoint to achieve.
