I recently got help from someone regarding ODATA Filters, but their filters look a little different than mine. This is what theirs looks like:

How do I get that dropdown menu in the filter query?
They were just using a different version of the editor.
Click into the field and type the internal name of your field (I can see "Date report.." but I can't see the full thing, but it would be something like Date_x0020_Report) then eq and then two 's. Like this: Date_x0020_Report eq ''.
Then click between the two ''s, and click on "Add dynamic content" (bottom right hand corner) and then click the Expression tab. This is where you'll paste the formula you have highlighted in yellow, and then press OK. It will show the expression in a little purple box between the 's.
