I am looking for your help in creating a Schedule Cloud Workflow as below:
1.Create a Scheduled Cloud Flow to send a daily mail to all the peoples (First Name, Last Name, E-Mail) in a spreadsheet which is saved in OneDrive.
2.The spreadsheet name is "PeopleList", sheet name is "PeopleList" and Table name is "PeopleList".
3.The mail must be sent daily at 08:00 am only once to each of the people in the Table "PeopleList".
4.The mail must provide provision to reply by clicking on the button named as "Yes".
For example, Mail Subject: Are you working Today?
Option button = "Yes"
5. Record the response received from all the persons by creating a new excel sheet and save the new created excel sheet in OneDrive.
The response must be recorded even if only one person has replied.
6.One excel sheet must be created daily to record the response received against the mail sent to the peoples daily.
7.If there is no response from all the people, then excel sheet should not be created or a blank excel sheet is created.
8.The response saved must record below details from the table "PeopleList" for the people who responded to the mail.
First Name, Last Name, E-Mail, Response, Date
Response = The response received i.e “Yes”
Date = Date on which the mail was received by the receiver for which they have replied.
9.The receiver may respond to the mail the next day or even after that. But the Response sheet created must display the date = the date on which the mail was sent to the receiver.
