No, personally I haven't seen this one before.

Can you reproduce this with a new approval task or is it only happening with this specific one?

Can you check what the status is of the task in Approval centre as well, just to double check.

    Happy to help out 😁

@DP-11061405-0 and @Expiscornovus I am experiencing the same issue also. My flow is running an approval from a SharePoint document library and the approvals are going to Outlook. All permission on SharePoint and the connectors on Power Automate are set up correctly; however, approvers are met with this error message when they try to approve in outlook.

Hi, is this happening when approvals get reassigned to a different approver?

Question, is the screen shot of an approval e-mail from Outlook on the Web? If so, several months back there was a similar issue with approval e-mails because of a change Microsoft made and the "new Outlook." I don't know if that was ever resolved, but you are the second person to post a message today that I have seen with this issue. Can you have the person open the approval in Outlook for the Desktop and make sure they turn off the new Outlook if possible. See if they can complete the approval there. However, I believe the earlier issue was with clicking on the related item link.

If this is an issue due to changes Microsoft made, you may need to wait until Microsoft fixes the problem. To ensure it is just with approvals in Outlook, either approve it from the approval app in Teams or go to the approvals link in the environment where the flow is created (e.g., https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/enivronmentID/approvals/received).

Hi there, I posted similar issues a few weeks ago as well. What i did was changed all the connections to my manager's connection reference and moved it to her dataverse cloud. Then re-saved and re-published the flows. There was a scheduled maintenance for our power platform environment within our company too and for some reason, my manager tested it on a few people today and it worked. Another team member from a neighboring team had the exact same issue that we had but he seemed to have done all the right thing so not sure why he has that issue. sorry i couldnt help, hopefully someone can share a suggestion

    Hi there,

    Maybe I found the problem
The approval worked in Teams but not from Outlook.

    My Solution for Outlook Approval:
The Approver should make a logon at https://make.powerautomate.com
Accept the terms by pressing "Los geht's" after the accept it worked for the user.

This was my first approval flow but hopefully it will work for others too.
