Listing all Tennant SharePoint Sites in DropDown

I am creating an App that automated folder creation in specific location based on user input.

 

I want the App user to be able to pick the name of a SharePoint Site/Team (whether they are a member or not a member of said Team).

This formula - Filter(MicrosoftTeams.GetAllTeams().value.displayName,displayName) - only shows me Teams the current App user is apart of.

 

Is there is a way(formula or instant flow) to view the Sharepoint Sites in a dropdown list for a user to choose from.?

    I would say create and maintain a list of chosen sites or else use the SharePoint/Graph/Search API via flow.

     

    The whole idea with SharePoint being that its security trimmed by default though, so even if you had a list of all sites, they won't be able to create anything in any of the ones they don't have permission to?

     

    There is no formula that I'm aware of that will list all SharePoint sites natively, creating a custom flow that calls the SharePoint API or graph API would be the only way to do this dynamically
