Switch Not Finding Value

Hello,

I have a approval flow set up which worked until I added in a Switch function.

The Switch function cannot seem to pick up a column value. For example, a choice column known as 'Delivery Partner' has four choices "EO", "CO", "CMO" and "IPO". I've set up the Switch to look at the 'Delivery Partner Value' then testing if the delivery partner equals "CO".

However, the flow doesn't fail, it just times out after not being able to run successfully.

I've checked for additional spaces and tried adding a compose.

Can someone assist?

Hi @CorgiMad

From the execution screenshots, it seems switch is picking up the value, but problem, is that flow is paused to start and wait for approval action, it is waiting for approver to get it approved, once approved /rejected the approval, it will continue the execution 🙂

Hi @CorgiMad

You can see the approval prompt via 3 ways

1) Click on Approval option as seen in screenshot in your cloud portal , you can see the approval and you can approve or reject from there

2) Check the outlook email , it will also present there

3) Check the MS teams as well it will be also present.

Update, I removed the Switch function and adding a Get Items for another list to filter down the query.
