hi, I have aproblem.

How to create a flow that monitors the oneDrive directory. When a new file appears there, it has to send an email to the mailing group with the appropriate content. The email should contain a clickable link to this new file.
I have oneDrive, the watched folder is shared outside (link) for reading, for anyone who gets the link.

I can do directory monitoring, connect with sending a file, the file name appears in the email. Even some id to this file.

I can't make this hyperlink to this file and accessible from outside.
