Hi everyone. i had my ms access as frontend and sharepoint list as my database. i want to create an approval workflow using power automate which everytime will create or modify, the flow will autoamtically triggered.. my question is do i need to share this flow to every end user so it will work?

    Hi , @atzdgreat 

    The scheduled flow  will be triggered when the conditions are met, and the license for the scheduled flow depends on the flow owner.
    So, you don't need to share your Flow, it will trigger and execute the Flow when the conditions are met. And the connection uses the Owner configured Connection.

    hi @v-yueyun-msft thank you for your reply. upon testing with other users, i used to distribute my frontend in their pc. when they create a new item and save, the workflow doesnt trigger from their end.
