Unable to re-arrange action

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is common. I cannot click and drag to re-arrange the sequence of the action. I have to use Alt+Shift+Up/Down"to re-arrange the actions.

If I click and drag, it will appear as per the screenshot. Any thoughts anyone?

So do you mean that you cant now drag that action up? Like so:

It looks fine in your screenshot but if you cant move it in between the other actions then of course there is a problem.
Have you tried the obvious and reinstalled Power Automate Desktop?

yes, I meant by moving in between other actions. I can't click and drag to move it in between; it will just stay at the original position and create a shadow of the same action; the screenshot I shared is the outcome after I release my mouse click. The only way that I can move the action is to use the shortcut key.

I tried uninstalled and installed, but not helping, recorded and saved the video in pptx. Any thoughts anyone?

And you are sure you are using updated version? It obviously should be updated since you have installed it recently. But your Windows might have two different versions installed (one from the Microsoft Store and one downloaded from make.powerautomate website)

If so I would try uninstalling the older version so that you would for certain be using the correct version.

Other than that only thing that comes to mind is checking that your windows is up to date.

Otherwise I would be in contact with Microsoft support.

Prior to the recent update on Jan 22, 2024. The version I re-installed was  2.39.306x, the latest during the re-installation period.

The strange thing is my co-worker with the same version, doesn't encounter this issue. I am unsure where went wrong. I might need to take your advice to contact the Microsoft Support Team.
