Options not appearing under condition after 4 nested flows

Hello

I have a nested yes/no flow with 6 approvals and I am nearing to the end and at the stage updating the item with the 5th approval outcome to the list. When adding the condition action there are no options under Yes and No.

Does anyone know why this is ?

I don't have permission to upload an image to show this

Any ideas ?

There is a limit on how many conditions you can nest inside each other. I believe you've reached that limit and that's why the Yes/No options are not visible.

How many conditions are you allowed to have ? My flow has 7 conditions.
I changed the placement of the action outside the conditon action and the flow has the options have appeared but I am getting an error saying

The power flow's logic app flow template was invalid. The template actions 'Update_item_6, Update_item_7' are nested at level '9' which exceeds the maximum nesting limit of '8'.

What does this mean ?

It means that the limit for nested items is 8. Although you may not have that many conditions nested you may have other container objects like scopes or parallel branches. These also count towards the limit.

I don't have any scopes or parallel branches in the flow its is a simple approval workflow for 6 different people and the approvals need to be updated on the list. The flow is coming to the end but if I remove the position of the actions I get the error

If I add the actions in the right positions I don't see the yes/no options under the condition.

I am kind of stuck and don't know what to do next ?

Can you provide a screenshot of the flow? Then I can try to suggest some alternative ways to structure it. You need to decrease the number of nested items by re-structuring in some way.

Hi Pstork,

I re-structured my flow by removing the need of nesting the items as I require 6 approvals and did a sequential yes/no flow. This has worked but now in the No branch I want the flow to stop at each approval but its doesnt do this because the flow is sequential instead of nested.

Do you know how to stop the flow on the "NO" condition. I found a action called Control-Terminate but I am not sure if I can use this on a No condition.

Any ideas please ?
