Need to get a notification on email when Mailbox size and one drive size reaches to 70%

Hello Team,

Greetings !

 

We are monitoring the mailbox size and one drive folder size for our clients. We need to create a flow in power automate if the mailbox size and One drive folder size reaches to 70% of its usage, we should get a notification email or a notification on our Internal Microsoft teams channel.  Can some one help on this scenario.

    It will not be a straight forward flow. I believe this can be done using MS Graph APIs only and you should have a premium connector to execute MS GRAPH requests

    Hello Ankesh,

    Greetings !

    Thanks for the update. I'm able to download the .CSV file which is giving the details. But i want to keep a threshold which will give me a trigger email when a mailbox reaches to 70 %.

    Currently I'm doing this via Application permission.

    Example: If have 100gb of mailbox size if it reaches to 70 gb i should get a email notification.
