Outlook Task to Trello card - "response not in a JSON format"

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I want to use the "Copy your Outlook Tasks into a Trello board" Flow. But I get a Status Code 400 error, saying "response not in a JSON format" (see "Error"). My employer is currently limiting our full access to Office 365, and we cannot access Outlook emails or Tasks in Office 365; is that the cause of the error? Or is it that our firewalls are not allowing the connection to Trello?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

I have made a test on the templete on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

I afraid that it is the limit of your full access to Office 365, so your cannot access Outlook emails or Tasks in Office 365, and that cause the error.

    Best regards,

    Alice

I included screenshots of the error in my posting, and I zipped a download of flow, but doesn't look  like there is a way I can attach that. Let me know if the screenshot below isn't what you're looking for. I suspect you're right, and that our firewall and/or limited Office 365 access will prevent this flow from executing.
