Creator Kit install error 'Packages aren't compatible with this environment'

Hi, I am trying to install Creator Kit on Power Platform, and it is failing with the error "This app can't be installed because it's packages aren't compatible with this environment". Screenshot attached.

I have met all listed requirements:
- Power Apps Premium license
- Environment with Dataverse in region Europe - Default
- Power Apps component framework for canvas app and Power Apps code apps are enable in environment settings
- I am a system administrator and system customizer

I have imported the solution 'CreatorKitCore_1_0_20250310_1_managed.zip' and got an error that languages were not supported on the environment, and only 5 components have imported. The CAT component library does appear in Power Apps. Screenshot attached.

When I see the app in D365 apps on power platform admin center, it is not installed but enabled. When I try to install it, I get the error mentioned.

I can see in the HAR traces that the API call to get Application packages comes back with 33 filtered reasons of type "UnsupportedPackagesByCountry" and "ExpiredPackages". Are these the problem?

Any support would be much appreciated. Thanks.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/creator-kit/setup - You have covered the Prerequisites as per the Microsoft

But the error - If your HAR shows many filtered reasons as UnsupportedPackagesByCountry, that means the Marketplace listing includes packages that are not offered for your environment’s geo (even if the environment is “Europe - Default”). That’s a Marketplace restriction, not offered for your environment’s geo (even if the environment is “Europe - Default”). That’s a Marketplace restriction, not something you can fix with security roles.

    Hi @Nina131,

Can you please confirm me that you have fully complied these three items?

    1. Solution version mismatch: If you’re importing an older Creator Kit package into a newer environment (or vice versa), the dependencies don’t align. I believe you have download the latest managed solution from Microsoft Learn/GitHub.
    2. Environment type: Even with Dataverse, certain “Default” environments can block solution installs if they were provisioned in older tenants. Try installing into a Sandbox or Developer environment to confirm.
    3. Regional availability: Creator Kit is supported in Europe, but if your environment was created before regional rollout, compatibility errors can occur.

To narrow down the issue, lets proceed step by step.

Hi, @Haque @MS.Ragavendar, thanks for your responses.
    1. Solution version mismatch: I did see something about this, but I don't know how to verify this. I have the latest managed Creator Kit package, but how can I check versioning for the environment to determine if this version is suitable or not?
    2. Environment type: The environment is an unmanaged Sandbox environment in the 'Europe' region, and not the Default environment. I did see some stuff about the type of Dataverse the environment has - could this be a Crm version issue?
    3.  Regional availability: The environment was created August 2025. I did also attempt to import the Creator Kit solution into an unmanaged Sandbox environment in South Africa which was created this month, and I get the same error. I looked at the Creator Kit github, but I could not confirm regional availability. Please let me know if there is documentation on regional availability.
I do have a trial Power Apps Premium license. Could this be the issues?
The environment does have Power Apps and Power Automate on the PAYG billing plan.

I tried to install the Creator Kit from AppSource, and got an error: "There was a problem installing your app. Submit a support request". In the HAR traces I can see a 400 Bad Request Error to https://.../TenantProducts/Microsoft.Crm.Cloud.Pes.Tps.InstallAppSource()?api-version=1&$expand=TenantProducts with response {code: "", message: "AppSourcePackagesNotFound"}.
    Screenshots attached.

Any further assistance would be much appreciated.
