Question about license

My company has a E3 license, and when I look at the details, this includes Power Automate for Office 365 PowerApps for Office 365 When I try to "Create a Desktop Flow" I get the message "Start your free trial" with options to "Buy now" or "Start trial."  Does PAD require a separate license from what I already have?

I have the same question (0)

Yes.  PAD requires an additional license which is 40/mo USD.  This gives you access to PAD and attended RPA flows.  It does not give you access to unattended RPA flows (those are licensed separately).  You also need to be able to install PAD and the On Prem Data Gateway on your device.
