Multi Select Cascading Lookup Column Values disappear when you edit form.

I have an integrated sharepoint form with a multi select lookup column called Package and the values are set when a users selects a value in Product Type and this works just fine however if you go back and edit the form the values selected in Package disappear and it save as a blank.  This is the formula I am using for items and the cascading is working perfectly so not sure if I am missing something somewhere else that I am not thinking of.  Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

    Can you check the Default value you are populating in the Control. Depending on what type of control it is, it will be Default, or DefaultSelectedItems etc etc
     
    Verify if you populated that with the correct Default data or else it will just be blank

    Hello,
    I would have a look at the Datacard update property. Possibly have this formula output on a label that is not within the form - this way you can ensure that the correct data is updated.

    I didn't change anything in the default and update on the datacard.  Which this is who it looks currently:
