Contoso Invoicing Error

Hello, 

I have installed Contoso Invoicing App on desktop and when i am trying to configure and then run application for contoso invoicing i am getting an error. I am not sure what license is this? are there anyone aware about it?

    The file "LegacyInvoicingApp.exe.config" is specified in the Run application action.
    Please specify the "LegacyInvoicingApp.exe" file.
