Save Email Attachments to SharePoint as TIFF

All - hoping someone can help. I receive emails into an Office 365 public mailbox. I would like to save the attachments to an SFTP location and do so as a TIFF file. I see plenty of recipes for converting to PDF but can't seem to locate one for TIFF. I'm very new to Power Automate but looking forward to getting involved.
