Email sent via flows are not accounted in Email Messages entity of Dynamics CRM

Dear Experts,

 

I have a flow with 8 to 10 conditions. Once all the conditions are true we are sending an email to the opportunity user from flow itself using mail card. The user is receiving the email, however the sent email is not accounted or seen in Email Messages entity of Dynamics CRM.

Also the Email activity of the opportunity is also not showing this email record.

 

Please tell me is there other configuration required to see the sent email in Email Messages entity and Activities of the Opportunity.
