Greetings,

I do have an issue with the outbound approval email.

I am sending the contents of a “List”. It works but the outbound email includes the HTML container, see below. Is there a fix or work around? When the requester receives an approved reply the field is include but without the HTML container.

Example from email:

Purpose of Visit to see:
<div class="ExternalClass595BEB172E394CA0A5614FC38279FE22">
• SOW review -Skype Meeting

• Portal + http://App-join.me/brandihoffman

• February Team http://Huddle-join.me/INDEALhcar, see conference numbers in the invitation

Hi @fklatecki,

Could you share the specific details of your Flow configuration?

I am afraid I don't understand what your issue is. I have no way to reproduce similar issue.

If you mean that the email sent in the email does not present the HTML content, you may not have set Is HTML field of Send an email action to Yes.

Please provide more details about configuration and issue.

Greetings,

The issue was resolved by changing the field in the SharePoint List from Enhanced to "Plain Text", the HTML container is no longer being sent in the email approval.
