Create a MS Planner task when a OneNote page is added

Hello,

I want to create a new task when a new page is added. Reading and watching videos online got me to create a task with whatever I have on the OneNote.
My goal is create tasks only if the line has a tag (To-Do, Important, Question, etc).
 
Would it be possible to create this?

    Did you happen to find a solution for this?
    I have so many Project Manager teammates using OneNote 'To Do' tags that are than manually copied to Planner tasks. An automation would save time.
