Hi,

I'm struggling creating a flow that send two different tables to two different managers,

my data stored in excel sheet as below:

I want to get the rows that meet the value "Send" only and create a table for each manager and send him by email his own records,

on dataset above, this should send tow different tables to (X1@hotmail.com and X2@hotmail.com)

your help and attention is highly appreciated.

thank you

    Hi @WaseemH :

I'v made a test for your reference:

    1\My Excel table

    2\My Flow

Get Rows-Using 'Filter Query' to filter the rows

    Reference Expression:

    1\union(body('Select'),body('Select'))

    2\items('Apply_to_each')?['Email']

    3\items('Apply_to_each')?['Email']

    Result

    Hi @v-bofeng-msft ,

Thanks for the detailed solution, I have a very similar problem which I was also able to solve using your flow.

One tweak I would like to make is to only include one column of the table in the email. (I am sending a list of employees that have not completed their timesheets to their managers), so I only want a list of the names. I can't seem to select only one column from my list, would you be able to help? 🙂

    Hi, @v-bofeng-msft

    Thank you for solution.

Is there any possibility to remove columns

    @odata.etag ItemInternalId

    from communication?
