Hi All,

I have a application which generates the reports for various projects. In this I have a requirement where once the submit button is clicked from PowerApps it has to send a mail to the person who is modifying it and the values will be saved to the SharePoint also.

The requirement for me is there are different columns named as (Diagnostic Area, RAG, Status, Date, Observation). And the Diagnostic Area has different row values which will be constant (Time, Governance, Scope, Metrics and other 6 values) and for the rest of the columns the row values will vary based on the diagnostic area column values. (For E.g. If Time as a diagnostic area it has certain RAG color, date and for the Governance as a diagnostic area, it has certain RAG color, date.). Each week there will be many numbers of projects created. In order to decrease the number of row count I created them as columns. I created them with the starting of each diagnostic area names. (For e.g., if Time as a diagnostic area I created as Time_staus, Time_date, Time_Observation and Governance as a diagnostic area I created as Governance_staus, Governance_date, Governance_Observation). I need to create a html table with these values and send an email.

Not: I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Any help/suggestion on this will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
