I called support team and they asked me What is Power Automate?

I was passed around 4 times and given 3 separate ticket numbers for 1 problem that I had on my power automate app on my mobile.  After almost an hour of repeating myself without getting any form of support from the 'support team', they questioned me back by asking 'What is Power Automate? We only deal with Office apps.

Unbelievable. 

This issue has been the first mentioned in November 2022 and no one has answered or addressed this issue.

    Apart from the fact that November 2022 is still 6 months in the future, you haven't said what the problem is.
