Tesseract OCR Stopped Working

We installed Tesseract onto Server 2016 and it worked until last week.  We are now getting an error that says "Failed to create the OCR engine."  

 

My flow has one line using the Extract text with OCR.  Any ideas on why it stopped working?

    I have the same issue. Works on other machines but not this one. I have tried to: reinstall PAD, reinstall latest VC++, .NET Framework but still not work. 

    Did you figure out how to solve this problem?

    Never did.  We just stopped using Power Automate and started using Robocorp for those kinds of things.  Microsoft couldn't help us either.
