    Hi @imumeriqbal01 ,

For Windows 11 Enterprise and this error message, the most likely root cause is you need to be a GLOBAL ADMIN to install this.

If you are confident you are a GLOBAL ADMIN, then you can install the store version, documentation here:

Install Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

Go directly to store download page: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9NFTCH6J7FHV

I am able to install applications from the Microsoft Store, but I haven't acquired the Microsoft runtime needed to connect my machine to the cloud.

    Hi @imumeriqbal01 ,

If you are not sure if you are a global admin or not, from my experience, you are not a global admin and need your I/T contact to install this for you.  Since PAD is shipped with Windows 11, it may have been uninstalled and/or blocked at the enterprise level; or again, they will need to install.

That said, to check your role go to admin.microsoft.com and click on Users, then your name and on the card in the left column scroll down to "Roles" and look for "Global Admin", as shown below.

    Hi @imumeriqbal01 ,

Yes, you can install application from the store without being a global admin and that's why I recommended you try that path first.  So if you are getting an error on installation from the store download, you need your I/T admin to assist you with the appropriate permissions/privileges.

Hi. Did you manage to get this right? I am experiencing the same issue on my virtual machine.

Try checking the Application logs under the Windows Event Viewer, for any "Error" type events that occur at the time of the installation. These usually provide the details of what caused the issue. Then navigate to the troubleshooting page via the link in the PAD error screen and see if there is a solution provided for the specific error type from your logs. There usually is a suggestion in there. Follow the steps outlined for a solution.
