Has anyone had issues using Microsoft Flow with Outlook Customer Manager on shared records when using Flow to create activity? I have several shared company and contact records in OCM and every time Flow tries to generate an activity record on those contacts or company records, it seems to duplicate the contact or company record (creating a new one) instead of using the existing record. It does not do this on non-shared (private) records. Has anyone else noticed this? Has anyone been able to resolve this?
