Hey guys,
Just wondering what business processes you have managed to automate? I work for an MSP and so far I have created automations for:
User onboarding\offboarding (via Forms and Power Apps)
MS365 license management (via Power Apps)
Teams auto attendant management (via Forms)
User\Group management (like group changes, email forwards, out of office etc... for users with no admin roles)
The hardest part I have found about automating processes is identifying them. Looking forward to hearing about your ideas! 🙂
